So **I STILL HAVE NOT SENT THE FAX** and am fairly fed up with this app, I must have had it all of 5 minutes before canceling the subscription, and I think I should delete the app too as it wants to link to my contacts. Furthermore, maybe there is a bug because I could not even find my newly added contact on that list, after the headache of unnecessary scrolling. AND it is inconvenient, unjustifiable design that I cannot type anything in to search for the appropriate contact, instead **app wants me to SCROLL through my ENTIRE LIST OF CONTACTS ordered alphabetically by first name to find the right one**. But the contact is not showing up on the drop down list for contacts.

Nonetheless, I created a contact for the party I need to send the fax to. I tried to send a fax and found that it requires access to my contacts, **you cannot simply type the fax number in!** That seems like poor design to me, and/or the company is trying to harvest data from my contacts, for all I know. I need to send a one-time fax somewhere, so I downloaded this app. I believe this is not a good message for the company to send to customers. Basically that would mean to me they ignored my requests because they did not want to lose commission. The sales person actually said they only get paid a commission for what they do. I have given them every chance to make this right.

I will wait for response and update this depending what happens. I have now requested they have the sales person provide all my communications to the manager, and am waiting for the response. They finally assigned a different number through the technical team, but never was the over $100 charge removed. They then only focused on the technical aspect without addressing the subscription issues. They ignored the parts of my communication about this. During this trial period, I sent many communications to the customer support person, explaining this several times during the entire process. Unfortunately they have charged my card 2 times even though I have canceled an erroneous click during the trial period. Assigning wrong fax number and a fax that was supposed to be sent to me went somewhere else.
